REPORT REQUESTS
Submitting a property-report form on this website does not take payment. Luxor first reviews the request and sends payment instructions and the terms that apply to that report. Delivery timing begins after payment is processed.
BEFORE PAYMENT
You may withdraw a report request before paying by emailing connect@luxordev.com. Because no payment has been taken through the request form, there is no website charge to reverse at that stage.
AFTER PAYMENT
Cancellation, refund, revision, and delivery terms for a paid report or another paid service are the terms provided with the payment instructions, proposal, statement of work, lease, or other applicable agreement. Review those terms before paying. This page does not change a signed agreement or create a refund right where one is not otherwise provided.
