1. Application Fees
All rental application fees are non-refundable, regardless of application outcome.

2. Rent Payments
Rent payments are non-refundable once processed. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us immediately at connect@luxordev.com.

3. Service Fees or Deposits
Refunds for service fees or deposits (e.g. maintenance, holding deposits) are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to terms in your lease or service agreement.

4. Overpayments
If you accidentally overpay, we will apply the credit to your next billing cycle or issue a refund upon request.
